Not a spoiler, I swear.  Just a comment about a guest star.

The wonderful JR Bourne is on NCIS LA tonight.  I'm half an hour into it and crossing my fingers that he's not the bad guy.  He was when he was on NCIS.  I just love that I'm seeing him in things that weren't shot in Canada.

Yeah, it was him. And the minute I saw him I was like, Please don't let him be the bad guy. Oh well.

I sent a twitter to Amanda Tapping asking her if she could get him on Sanctuary. Don't know if that's going to happen or not.
