Update on my car

Talked to one of the guys from the shop that put my battery in for me.  Turns out that this is something that has happened before with the tow company that towed my car in to get the battery done.  They charge $65 to tow but the guy on the truck only gets like $8.  So he doesn't care if he does it correctly or not.  The guy from the shop said I should call the towing company on Monday, tell them what has happened and demand that they pay to get it fixed.  Great, confrontation, just what I so love.
