Health Care Debate

I have no idea which side of this one to be on.  As an (unfortunatly) unemployed person, having affordable health care is something I care about.  I have yet to see a totally unbiased report from either side of this debate to help me decide which side to be on.  Does anyone know where there is a totally unbiased report on this weighing out the pros and cons in language that anyone can understand?  I really want to know the true facts in this debate not just what each side wants me to hear to help sell their case.

is going through it and doing just that. If you check out her journal aerianya - you'll see she just posted about it - then check out the comments where she shared some of what she'd been able to 'translate' when I asked her about it. She's working on putting the whole thing up.
