I know I rarely comment if at all :)

But on this - they would understand the need for a better shift and pay. The fact they did help get you something is wonderful and means you'll have great respect for them and they in turn should have enough for you to understand that closer, better pay and a decent shift is what you need.

Just something i've learned or dealt with over the years of either having temps or working as one.
