Cable update

So I called the cable company today after I found out from the "connections" thing that set up my new account that the date for them to come out changed to the 4th.  That's not acceptable.  I explained to the nice man on the phone that I am taking classes online and I need to have my internet (and cable and phone) hooked up as soon as possible.  He checked and now they'll be out there on the 28th. <G>  Maybe it was the online classes thing or maybe I used my feminie wiles on him.
