Just not my day

So, I get home from work tonight, yes I survived the entire shift, and there's a packet from Unemployment.  Seems my former job is fighting my unemployment saying that I was terminated for just cause. Turns out you can't collect unemployment in Ohio if you were terminated for cause. Never mind the fact that I filed for unemployment in December, I haven't made a claim since mid-Feb when I started this temp job and they didn't file the appeal till March.

So now there's going to be a phone hearing. I'm probably going to get my unemployment taken away. The only thing I can hope for is that they don't make me pay back what I already collected.
